The Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary is the titular feast of the Škabrnja parish and the village's biggest day of the year. The programme centres on a solemn mass in the parish church on Trg dr. Franje Tuđmana and a procession through the village carrying the image of Our Lady, borne by a different hamlet each year. A village fešta is held around it, and pilgrims come from outside Škabrnja.
